Instead of being honest with us customers or putting extra help hours on to help with the overload, they simply did nothing. Personally I had a bad infection from a s4urgery and needed my anabiotic and pain meds, in which they told me would be ready at 5 PM the day I brought them in which was that morning. When we arrive to pick them up they were not ready and said they would not be ready for at least another 24
