  They have a good selection of tile, hardwood, vinyl and carpet and the sales folks are helpful. We ended up finding the flooring and wall tile we wanted here after shopping around a bit. When compared to another store in Phoenix that carries a lot of the same brands, Totally Floored gave us a better deal on the vinyl flooring on clearance, but were slightly more expensive on the retail wall tile (about 8% higher). So go here for the selection and see if they have any deals on. The negatives are that they don't put prices on the material up front, and there was a miscommunication about some order details.

  I called before I went out there to make sure they were interested in my order of 330 ft2 of tile. When I arrived at their showroom someone was waiting to help me. She spent plenty of time with me helping me select the tile. I placed the order and in about a week I picked it up. The service was excellent and the selection is huge.
