I felt like the sales guy didn't want to deal with me...i asked can i do the return here? He said no here i will give you the 800 number and website. I guess it was his attitude. He said i worked here for six years we never did that...I have done 3 insurance claims at that store. Just that cocky attitude I guess that got under my skin. I wish I could remember his name. If you got a damaged phone this is what you can expect.
